The Seashell and Sea Glass Hunt includes scouring secluded beaches for sea shells and sea glass. Common seashells are the Cowrie, Triton’s Trumpet, Queen Conch, King Helmet, Tulip shell, Atlantic Partridge Tun, Sunrise Tellin, the Flamingo Tongue, Angel Wings or Pen shell and many more. Sea glass is common along the rocky coast. Many colors are found with an occasional rare lavender and red specimen. Beautiful art can be made using sea glass or just display the colors as an amazing reminder of your Long Island vacation. This tour will allow you to “jump” to the best beaches that are hard to find on your own!
